These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WatiPrint website and your purchase of products and services from WatiPrint. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by WatiPrint. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sales tax and shipping charges may apply.

Transaction Records and Sales Reporting

When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment provider to process the transaction and to maintain the order, invoice, and transaction records needed to fulfill the order, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, and operate internal sales and product-performance reporting. This operational recordkeeping is required to provide our products and services and is not optional. We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Artwork, Proofs, and Customer Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of files and content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed for us to print your materials. Approved proofs are considered final. WatiPrint is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied files that were approved or not corrected before production.

Production and Turnaround

Production times are estimates and may vary based on product type, quantity, and current workload. Turnaround times begin after payment, complete files, and proof approval when applicable.

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Shipping and delivery options are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup at our store, as applicable. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns and Reprints

Because most products are custom-made, all sales are generally final once production begins. If we make an error or deliver defective work, contact us promptly and we will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a reprint, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatiPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
