1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wati Printing & Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website at watiprint.com (“Site”) or placing an order, you agree to this Terms & Conditions Policy (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

We may update or modify this Policy at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state).

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


3. Orders, Production & Service Rights

Orders may be placed online, by phone, or directly through our team.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or cancel any order or service request at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time — including suspected fraud, inappropriate conduct, offensive content, or violation of these terms.

Once an order is placed:

  • Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Cancellations are not allowed after production has started.

  • Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun, subject to approval by the Wati Team.

Turnaround times begin after payment and artwork approval.


4. Design Files, Artwork & Ownership

Customers may upload their own artwork or request design services.

  • Customers retain ownership of design files prior to upload.

  • Once uploaded, Wati Printing & Marketing becomes the custodian of the file for reprint, production, and storage purposes.

  • By uploading artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and modify files solely for printing, production, and promotional display.

  • We may display printed samples (e.g., business cards, banners, apparel) for marketing or portfolio purposes, except for confidential or legal documents.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to all materials they submit.
Wati Printing & Marketing assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement caused by customer-provided content.


5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

We may use AI-assisted tools to improve design quality, productivity, and creativity.

  • AI may assist in layout generation, design concepts, or artwork enhancement.

  • All AI-generated or AI-assisted designs are reviewed by our team for originality and suitability before client delivery.

  • Final ownership of AI-assisted designs is transferred to the customer only upon order completion and payment.

By working with Wati Printing & Marketing, you acknowledge and consent to the possible use of AI tools in the creative process.


6. Design & Proof Approval

If design services are requested:

  • Digital proofs will be provided for customer approval.

  • Approval confirms acceptance of all layout, spelling, and color details.

  • Once approved, Wati Printing & Marketing is not responsible for any errors or changes requested afterward.

All approved proofs move directly into production.


7. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Helcim, our PCI-compliant provider.
We accept ACH Bank Transfers, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards accepted by Helcim.

Wati Printing & Marketing does not store payment card data.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Helcim’s systems.


8. Refunds, Reprints & Returns

Because all products are custom printed, all sales are final once an order has been approved or enters production.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
Reprints are only offered if Wati Printing & Marketing determines that an error occurred during production.

Reprint eligibility requires:

  • Notification within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photo evidence of the issue.

  • Review and approval by the Wati Team.

We do not reprint orders due to customer-provided file errors, low resolution, typos, or color expectations.

Returned merchandise is not accepted unless specifically authorized.


9. Color Matching & Print Variations

We strive to ensure accurate color reproduction; however, minor variations between digital proofs and final prints may occur due to:

  • Differences in paper stock, ink type, or print process.

  • Display screen settings.

Such variations are considered standard in the printing industry and do not qualify for a refund or reprint.


10. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within the United States via FedEx.

Shipping Timeframes

We typically ship orders within 5 business days after artwork approval and payment.
Large or specialized orders may require additional processing time.

Carrier Responsibility

Shipping and delivery timelines are completely dependent on the carrier.
Once your order is handed to FedEx, delivery may be on time, early, or delayed depending on carrier conditions.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or natural events

  • Carrier backlogs or mechanical issues

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Holidays or high-volume periods

Wati Printing & Marketing is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery dates, or related losses.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.

If a package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
We will review the case and may, at our discretion, reprint or replace affected items.


11. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not liable for lost packages or delays due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Customer absence during delivery

  • Refused shipments

Reshipment may require additional shipping fees.


12. Resellers & Wholesale Accounts

Approved resellers receive 40% off all services.
Wholesale customers may receive additional discounts based on volume.

Resellers are fully responsible for handling their end-client communications, design files, and delivery arrangements.


13. Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on the customer’s billing or shipping location.
Wati Printing & Marketing is based in California and complies with all applicable state and federal tax laws.

Tax-exempt customers must provide valid resale or exemption certificates before ordering.


14. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All customer files, designs, and information are handled with strict confidentiality.
We use secure servers and access controls to ensure protection of sensitive materials.

We will never share your files or personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.


15. Digital Marketing & Promotions

By using our services or providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails, SMS, or digital promotions related to Wati Printing & Marketing.

We may use cookies, analytics tools, or ad pixels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Pixel) to:

  • Improve your experience on our website

  • Display personalized offers or remarketing campaigns

You may opt out at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” or replying “STOP” to SMS messages.

We do not sell or share your personal data for third-party marketing.


16. Prohibited Content & Service Refusal

You agree not to upload or request materials that:

  • Contain illegal, obscene, or defamatory content

  • Infringe on copyright, trademark, or other IP rights

  • Promote hate, discrimination, or violence

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any prohibited, inappropriate, or unlawful content — or for any reason at our discretion.
This includes the right to terminate ongoing projects or refuse future work without notice.


17. Limitation of Liability

Wati Printing & Marketing is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Shipping delays or loss caused by the carrier

  • Customer-provided file errors or design flaws

  • Acts of nature or events beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.


18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wati Printing & Marketing, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, including content submitted for printing.


19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.


20. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website, with the updated effective date shown at the top.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
